Centrifugal Casting Machine (Vertical Process)
While metalling / casting of all bearings other than heavy duty and over weight white metal bearings is undertaken by centrifugal casting (vertical) process. Since our Unit is equipped with the facility of DC motor with demur-start along with L.C.D. Probe (sensor), we are able to check ID/OD/Speed strictly as per the requirements of the vendor. This process is adopted to ensure that there are no pin holes / blow holes/ porosity in the Babbit material.
