Centrifugal Casting Machine (Horizental Process)
While metallling / casting of all heavy duty and over weight white metal bearings is undertaken by centrifugal casting (horizontal) process. This process is adopted to ensure that there are no pin holes / blue holes/ porosity in the Babbit material. We are having the facility of DC motor with demur-stat along with L.C.D. Probe (sensered) for checking the speed of the machine. ID / OD and speed is strictly maintained as per vendors specifications.
